Where are you going to find a new huge tractor to use for free?! There aren’t any to rent in town, renting from a near town Jeremy couldn’t afford! That’s the only reason these people like Jeremy live out there! Can’t get along with anybody! Do not want anyone telling him what to do!! No laws, no rules, no cops to keep order. Just because Neil strongly encouraged Jeremy to make his porch highest priority, Jeremy began their conversation with Bad body language towards Neil as if to say, “WHAT DO YOU WANT!” Even knowing he had their new tractor to plow his land!! Jeremy then tore apart entire front patio porch with patio cover just because he was pissed off at Neil wanting porch fix or started that afternoon! Yet they lent Jeremy their new tractor immediately for weeks, he should have responded better & agreed to get porch repaired immediately. Neil & Co-owner lends him a very expensive piece of machinery the Huge tractor, Jeremy couldn’t afford to rent much less buy! He traveled far to take over an ancient tractor he found abandoned in country & almost killed himself trying to bring it back home, just for it to work a couple hours & break on him! He has no other way to properly clear land to farm on & Business Town Owner Neil & his partner were kind enough to loan him their new expensive huge tractor equipment if Jeremy would repair their porch deck on Bar/Hotel.
